Holder sues credit card companies using our money ... but in these settlements, who gets the money?

I promised brevity!  Is this just another Democratic slush fund with no accountability to anyone?  I am writing to my conservative senators and raising hell!

Don't think the money will go to reduce the deficit.  He's out of control, and we are doing nothing to stop him.  Beware the stealth regulation, NOT legislation.. Our legal beagles and we won't see it coming.
