We, rather they, have created a HUGE problem re: Kagan ... Did they know it, and if they knew it, when did they know it?

Kagan has recused herself from almost all of the appeals from State Federal Courts. If she cannot vote, and the vote is tied ... that means the lower courts findings will prevail. Have the actually found a way to neutralize / neuter the Supreme Court of the USA? I think they did, and with all the dumbf*ck lawyers in congress, not one D or R figured that out!!!
